If anyone's seen it, could you please tell it to come back? It has red and white stripes, wears a feather boa and laughs at movies like the first American Pie or Rat Race. I really need it by Monday.

I sing in four languages, crossing borders with acoustic jazz, boleros, salsa and samba. I'm a songwriter, percussionist, dancer, pianist and tree-climber (also a mother, magazine editor and recovering auto mechanic). Since 2004, I've made five studio recordings, including my two solo efforts, "Jazzmérica" and "Vagabundeo," both produced by three-time Grammy nominee Wayne Wallace. Wish we could be at Yoshi's tomorrow night. I'm sure you'll wow the crowd. We'll be thinking about you as we head south on 85, heading for Atlanta's sprawl.
I can't say I've ever dreaded going back to the office more. It's not the same without you; in fact, I can't imagine that SD will still be SD without you.
Dad bought us powerball tickets for Christmas. Maybe we'll hit it big and I won't have to go back. :-)
