A great pleasure of gigging is getting to know the many intriguing venues and concert series we have here in the Bay Area. This Friday, September 23, from 6-7:30 pm, Boca Mundial sextet will be playing a free concert at a gorgeous historic spot, the San Francisco Presidio Officer’s Club. The concert is generously sponsored by the San Francisco Friends of Chamber Music and the Presidio Trust, as joint presenters. Arguello restaurant is adjacent to the area where we’ll be performing, and there is ample parking in a lot adjacent to the Officers’ Club. Finally, it’s all-ages … and did I mention it’s free?
