Thursday, March 24 from 7-10 pm I’ll be playing two sets of international jazz at the gorgeous Terrace Room at the Lake Merritt Hotel. Joining me are Jeff Chambers on upright bass and Jonathan Alford on keyboard. In addition to a seductive new selection of Italian jazz tunes that I was recently commissioned to prepare, I have added two gorgeous tangos by Astor Piazzola. Plus there are some new feats of bebop jazz vocals that I’d love you to hear. Come on down!
